History of Problem------------------------------------

Today I have brought a solution for all of you to a problem that comes mostly with the new website or blogger. I too made my website a few months ago and it is based on Blogger. To give my website a more professional look, I did a domain purchase from godaddy.com, and attached it to my blogger. I wrote several posts on my blogger with this new domain name. Everything went well for 15 to 20 days and I was able to rank my website on Google with the help of Google search console. But after that the problem started coming up. Whenever I used to search my website on Google, clicking on the home page of my website, a Go Daddy.com page was opening. Where the name of my website was showing but it was written under it, this web page is parked. At first I thought that this problem would be corrected in a few days but even after going for a week, after searching my website, it was showing on the same and not the page of my website. This became a major problem for a new blogger. I researched this problem a lot on Google, read many articles, joined many forms, but didn’t I find a solution to my problem. After much effort, finally I got a complete solution to my problem and today I have brought a solution to the same problem with all of you so that in future you will not face this problem.

Causes of Problem------------------------------------

Actually this problem was not caused by the problem on my blogger or website, but rather a common problem that was associated with my domain provider. Whenever you buy a website or domain from godaddy.com you are really just a Names are buying, not a website. You can build your website with this domain name with the help of different platforms like Godaddy, WordPress Blogger etc. When you purchase an administrator from godaddy.com, it also give you a trial of a website builder for a few months with the help of which you can build your website, otherwise you can build your website with blogger, wordpress.com etc. just like me. But with every option, you have to tell your domain provider that you have registered this domain name with one of the websites and if you do not do this, then the domain provider realizes that you have only purchased the domain name have kept it and it is not working, so no website is based on it, otherwise godaddy.com gives you 15 to 20 days and after that, considering the domain name as your property, add it on it starts running and due to this problem, when you search your website and open it, you see a page of godaddy.com which shows you that this domain name go daddy.com has been purchased.

 Or most new website or blog comes because we do everything but forget to tell in Domain Provider that we have added this name to another website. Even if you bought this domain as a custom domain which you want to put on your website in advance. Sometimes you buy a domain from providers but you don’t have a hosting account to host a website. In that condition you leave the domain name as it is, now the domain name provider like godaddy parks this domain to a default page ( created by them of-course ) . The page has some advertisements on it and these advertisements pay the domain name provider (godaddy.com) some money when users visit your page.

So let’s follow these simple steps-

• Go to godaddy.com by clicking here.
• Login with your email with which you own your domain.
  
  
  
• On dashboard of your home page choose your domain and then click on  DNS.
  
  
  
• On next window you have to scroll down and you will get the option of Forwarding (see screenshot for more clear and practical view).
  
• 
  If you have this problem you will see the domain and subdomain are not set, this is the cause of your problem.
• If you have purchased more then one domain, you can add one as domain and another name as subdomain, but if you have only one domain name you have to click on Domain option (ADD).
• Here you will get three options 1- Forward to- here in first block you have to choose https and in the block next to it you have to write your domain name without http or https, write like ex- www.xyz.com

          2- Forward type - select Permanent (303)

          3 – Settings - select Forward Only

• Now save this setting

Done ? wait for 5 – 10 minutes and now when you search your website name and click on it it will open your website home page even if on searching it can show the same warning as before but don’t worry this will automatically solved within one day. So be relax and enjoy your problem will be resolved.
