How to send files large than 100 Mb through WhatsApp-

# Method 1-

Through Google Drive

WhatsApp allows you to send a video of a maximum of 16 Mb and a file of a maximum 100Mb but with the help of Google Drive, you can send a video or file of larger than 100 MB to several Gb’s. Google Drive provides you 50 Gb free space cloud space, but if you want to share or upload files larger than 50 Gb you must buy the Google Drive space. So, let’s start with how you can send a large file through WhatsApp with help of Google Drive.

👉Open Google Drive on your phone or laptop

👉Check the available storage of your Google Drive, the file which you want to send must be undersize of available free storage. If you are running out of space, you can create a new g-mail id for this.

👉Click on + sign and select the file which you want to send through WhatsApp

👉The uploading will start, the uploading time will depend on the size of your file and the speed of your internet.

👉After the successful uploading of the file, click on three dots and copy the link.

👉Paste this link on the chat of that person with which you want to send this file.

👉After clicking this link person will directly reach to file in his Google Drive and with one click, he will be able to download that file.

# Method 2

Through Media-Fire

Personally, Media-Fire is my favorite method for sharing large files with anyone. It is a very easy-to-use and simplistic method for sharing large files with one or a group of peoples. In Media Fire, it is very easy to arrange files and folders. That's why you will find this tool very useful. So let’s see how you can send large files with help of Media Fire.

👉Go to the home page of Media Fire by clicking here.

👉If you are a new user, click on sign up and create your profile. If you are already a user, then you can sign in with id and password.

👉Click on the upload button to upload a single file or whole folder.

👉Start uploading the file, the uploading time will depend on the size of your file and the speed of your internet.

👉After the successful uploading of the file, click on the link icon (see screenshots) and copy the download link.

👉Paste this link on the chat of that person with which you want to send this file.

👉After clicking on the link, the user will directly reach to shared file and with one click he can download the file on his phone or laptop. The best thing that users can open this in any browser and need not any id in Media Fire or Google to download this file.
